My daughters and I had a terrific stay at this property over Easter Weekend in 2025. It was perfect for us -- a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to a cluster of restaurants and shops and ice cream. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was a great host and really helped make our weekend great as we celebrated my Dad’s service to our country with the Honor Flight for veterans out of ILM to DC. Had a wonderful stay! James was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to loan us a high chair so we didn’t need to travel with one. He was very responsive and kind! House is in a perfect location to travel all around in a quick trip - downtown, Wrightsville beach, midtown, monkey junction, the airport. It was serene and nestled in the woods and we will definitely be staying there for future visits!

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

We stayed for a friend birthday. We spent most of our time out exploring Wilmington but the home was beautiful and I’d come back anytime I visit Wilmington. The home has everything and the end of jacuzzi relaxation was the cherry on top. Clean, has everything you may need and communication was great !

The apartment had everything we needed. it was clean and had a comfy bed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. it really felt like home and would certainly stay there again.

C’était tout simplement le meilleur Airbnb que j’ai réservé ! L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, le lit super confortable, et il était idéalement situé. Le gros plus : un balcon qui donnait directement sur la Riverwalk. C’était magnifique ! On pouvait s’installer tranquillement sur le balcon, boire un verre et profiter du coucher de soleil… Un vrai bonheur. Franchement, si j’avais pu, j’aurais acheté cet appartement tellement il était parfait ! J’espère vraiment pouvoir y revenir un jour. En plus, il y avait un parking juste à côté, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus pratique. Tout était vraiment top top ! Merci infiniment pour tout, c’était un séjour absolument parfait.

Absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are bookmarking this and will definitely be back. We enjoyed having the convenience of being able to walk to bars and restaurants downtown. Also only 20 minutes from the beach!

Lisa is an amazing host. she was there for any of our questions or needs. She put a tent around the hot tub so that mosquitos didn't get us. she gave us recommendations on restaurants and her cat's and dog are super friendly

Coby’s place was perfect for my fiancé and I! The place was spotless, super cool in terms of decor, perfect location to everything walkable (restaurants, bars, and the water!!) I would 100% stay here again. 5/5 across the board!

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

This was just what we needed. Studio with comfy king bed and refrigerator/coffee machine/microwave. Designated parking spot in driveway. Couldn’t even hear the people staying in the other unit, and we loved that we could walk (~20 min) to the main downtown area. Would stay again!

Great location and view right on the water and walkable to everything downtown. I liked that the condo was slightly off of Front street where there is a lot of nightlife and can get quite loud. Being just a block away made all the difference.

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

We had a great time. We were extremely happy with everything. The location was great with a lot of good restaurants and everything was within walking distance. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a great relaxing stay. Our host gave us great info and recommendations to make our trip absolutely great. Thank you Morgan.

Definitely will be back. The location was perfect for a walk downtown and only a short ride to the beach. The space itself was beautiful only regret was not staying longer.

Great weekend getaway. Close to all of the shops and restaurants. Parking was a huge plus, felt comfortable leaving my car parked in the garage all weekend.

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

Great stay on the Cape Fear riverfront in Wilmington. Mike's condo was as described on airbnb, extremely clean, easy check in, etc. Great location - central to the historic downtown, and walkable to everything. Mike communicated everything from check-in to check-out clearly and attentively. Highly recommend, and would stay here again on my next trip to Wilmington NC.
