Amazing Riverview - Central Downtown - Parking

The condo is located in one of the BEST spots in downtown Wilmington! You will be staying on Water Street along the River Walk and can explore the best places downtown! Take the water taxi, tour the Battleship NC, or walk to great restaurants, bars, or museums! Conveniently close to all the downtown wedding venues, but you are a couple of blocks away from the late-night bar noise. You will love sipping your coffee or wine on the balcony and looking at beautiful sunsets over the Cape Fear River!

Riverwalk Sunsets - On the Water

This unique condo was once an art gallery. As soon as you walk in you can feel and see the beauty of its artistic history. You are so close to everything downtown in this location. Take an evening stroll down the famous River Walk, or a carriage ride thru historic downtown. The condo is completely renovated and has one bedroom with king bed and 1 bath. There is a Japanese floor mattress with bedding, for an extra guest. This beautiful condo will not disappoint, make your reservation now!

Panoramic Riverview * Heart of Downtown w/ Parking

Relax on your private balcony overlooking the Cape Fear River, with an unbelievable view of the USS North Carolina Battleship, and it's an excellent spot for people-watching! Unbeatable spot for enjoying the vibrant downtown on foot. The River District has over 40 locally-owned restaurants, pubs, and cafés, most of which are within a 5-10 minute easy walk. The Convention Center is a 10-minute walk. Live Oak Pavilion is a 20-minute walk. Parking pass to the nearby covered deck included.

A Parking spot, king size bed & multi jet spa shower is included! This bright, newly renovated space is unique because of the enormous balcony overlooking the Cape Fear River and the attention to detail that will make your stay perfect! Recently renovated the unit is decorated with modern art, vintage Turkish rugs and comfortable furnishings with sleeping accommodations for six.
