amazing place, couldn't ask for a better location, host and facilities

Such a wonderful couple of days attending our daughters wedding. Made even more relaxed by staying at Lizzie place. Fantastic directions and info sent in advance. The Old Barn was such a delightful place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful setting, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, even the little dog came in to say hello as we were leaving🥰 I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

A beautifully restored farm building with lovely fittings and a well equipped kitchen. The en suite bathrooms are an added bonus. The cottage is well positioned to explore the Gower Peninsula. We had a happy stay.

A beautifully set up and self contained apartment. Lovely gardens and easy access to the countryside and the city. Being in a cul-de-sac and near the top of the hill also meant it was beautifully quiet and relaxing. The bus service to and from the city was excellent for evenings out and about. Great information pack to get up to speed on the local area and facilities. Cosy living room and great kitchen set up. The hot tub was a bonus to relax after the days spent walking the dog and exploring the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Kate and Andrew were great hosts and super helpful to make our stay easy and stress free. Definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely few days at the Barn, using is as a base to explore the valleys, and sights in Carmarthenshire. The Barn is lovely and cosy - and actually feels bigger than it looks on the pictures. We loved the wood burning stove, with fuel provided and fire made the first night, which was a real treat to use - and if you are visiting at the right time of year, be sure to look outside at the stars in the dead of night, because we were able to see so much. The place would be easy to miss if you didn’t know where you were going, but we had very clear instructions beforehand and found it no trouble. To anyone wondering about the internet - some reviews here mention WiFi, but as advertised, there is no WiFi - which we actually enjoyed. If you need internet, mobile data doesn’t really work inside the barn, but was available as soon as one stepped outside, which was fine for our satnav purposes. Ann also offered to help us access the internet if there was an issue, but this wasn’t needed.

Great place has everything you need and was great for families with nice big garden and swings for children to run around in. Jan was a great host and so lovely and warm! Lots of lovely things to do around the area too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay Barn! While the house is on a busy road, it felt very private once on the property. We stayed over the Easter weekend and were doing lots of baking and cooking - the kitchen had every appliance you could need. The house was spotless, spacious, and we felt at home immediately. A car is essential as there is nothing realistically in walking distance, but pubs a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. We had such a lovely stay at the barn. The photos really don't do it justice, and I felt like we found a real steal. It was a great base for exploring Glastonbury and ham wall. The beds were comfortable and the house well equipped. We had a small issue with the WiFi and Michelle immediately responded to messages about it and sent someone over to look at it. We asked if we could check out half an hour later and Michelle kindly obliged. I really appreciated her flexibility and how seriously she takes hosting. We hope to stay again

We had a fantastic stay at Louise's lovely barn. It was spotless, exactly as photos showed and myself, my husband and our two children immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Louise was very helpful prior to and during our stay and has gone to a lot of effort to ensure the barn was well equipped, clean and homely with some nice touches such as cookies and tea and coffee facilities on arrival, plenty of household supplies as well as games, books, films and suggestions of things to do and places to go in the area. We really enjoyed a recommended walk to visit St Antony's Well but the best part was enjoying the warm, dry weather in the barn, the garden and its beautiful surroundings. We only wish we had stayed for longer! We are very much hoping to return. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Great place to stay, with much to see and do in and around. We came to give our grandson a Castle experience, and covered five in two days plus a river trip...We were blessed with fabulous weather and He had a blast! Everything in the accommodation was well thought out and comfortable, with rapid response to any questions. Very happy to recommend. Thank you Charlie.

we stayed for 3 nights with our 2 dogs. location was excellent, good walking opportunities. the interior of the barn was exceptional - a superbly designed and well thought out conversion. all amenities were excellent, had everything we needed. would definitely stay again. Die Unterlunft war kleiner als erwartet, aber dennoch makellos sauber, mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben darin super geschlafen. Alles da, was man in einer Küche so brauchen könnte… und mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken… das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der Garten sieht zauberhaft aus. Trotz Hauptstraße ist es nicht zu laut. Sam und Adrian sind entzückend, sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. 100% Empfehlung. 👍🏻

„The old stable“‘ ist eine schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gemütliche und geräumige Unterkunft mit einer großen Terrasse und einer großen Wiese. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Die Bäder sind komfortabel, die Betten bequem. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We had a brilliant few days away! If you are looking for tranquillity, peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, you will not be disappointed. The Barn overlooked the pond, so we spent some time bird watching as we sat out on the decking during breakfast and in the evening. We stayed in The Barn, there is also The Leat next door, which we would consider, if you wanted to take additional family members. The property had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This was the perfect location for sightseeing the surrounding area. Natalie, the host, ensured that our stay at The Barn went smoothly before and on arrival with information regarding check-in and check-out. This was a holiday break for my elderly mother-in-law, myself & my wife. We needed everything on one level with separate bedrooms/bathrooms/showers, this property met those needs. Thank you Natalie for an amazing time at this stunning property and for looking after us.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here whilst we visited Stratford and Warwick. Emma was so lovely, really helpful, and made us feel right at home with how cosy the barn was. She left us little treats and even stuff for breakfast. Literally anything you need is there! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back to stay again 🤗

A beautiful place to stay. Stunning beams in the bedroom, very well restored, spotless modern bathroom with infa red sauna and electric shower. Lots of wildlife can be heard at night. Fantastic wood burner with under floor heating downstairs. Easy walk to Exford. Great village shop with all you need and 2 pubs. We drove to Withypool and walked to Tarr Steps which was an 8 mile round trip but a great excursion in glorious late February sunshine. Lovely view from the garden at the pub at Tarr Steps and the food was good too. We love Exmoor as it is an unspoilt gem with so much peace and nature to surround yourself in. Everyone you meet is friendly which also helps. Photos of this place do not do it justice!

Very easy to find. Long bumpy farm track but vehicles didn't have any issues. The barn was lovely, private and peaceful with enclosed gardens and hot tub. Very spacious inside with all amenities you would need. The bath was the biggest bath I've ever seen ! Shower and toilet down stairs in a huge utility. Met Lynsey who was superfriendly and very helpful. Booked in at another one of their properties on same site in a few weeks. Lots of places to walk in beautiful surroundings .

Lovely homely stay, very comfy beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen and brilliant hot tub! Donna was so welcoming, helpful and responsive if needed. We went on some great days out to Glastonbury and Wookey Hole, plus Tyntesfield. The area was very quiet, the road did not bother us at all and we had an excellent meal at the local pub the Litton, would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn’s place. Extremely clean and well equipped. Dawn was hugely helpful and very responsive to all our questions and requests. It was a perfect place to stay, lovely and quiet, secluded and yet very close to the shops and the motorway. Seeing the horses and lambs each day was lovely, with the added bonus of a woodpecker too.
