Ben is the best! So responsive, helpful, on the ball! The condo is beautiful and a fantastic location. But don't go there...because I WANT IT!! Haha!

Cindy's apartment is perfect. Perfect location (for us at least), well cared for, well appointed. You will find everything you could want from simple but thoughtful snacks on the counter and beverages in the fridge to tons of storage space! Beautiful view at night. And mountain views all day long. I even loved the bathroom tile! Even a pool on the roof with TVs! This is my favorite Airbnb and way better than a hotel!

David's place was perfect the spot for our Denver stay. We had an event at the Colorado Convention Center and it was a 15 minute walk. The people who ran the lobby were great and gave great recommendations, they also made check-in extremely easy. David was a great host and communicator, will book again next time I'm in Denver.

This stay was perfect for our weekend get away. Hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Check in was a breeze and I loved the location. Easy to get places and also super clean! Would definitely stay again

I have stayed at plenty of airbnbs and this was by far one of the BEST spots I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect. 18 minutes to Red Rock Amphitheater, 7 mins to Casa Bonita and literally 12-15 mins to anywhere in Denver. The Irish pub across the street is a must try as is the cafe below as well. The apartment is cozy and perfect for 3-5 people tops. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom! The roof top deck is perfect for sunsets or sunrises. In all I had an amazing time and I WILL 100% book this spot again.

This is, by far, the cleanest, coolest, most peaceful place we've ever had the privilege to stay in. The location is convenient to so many things. The house is lovely, well equipped, and well cared for. The incredibly beautiful backyard and fish pond is an absolute plus. We enjoyed feeding the fish everyday. We visited the nearby "Brynmor Coffee Shop" every morning and enjoyed the delicious coffees and local baked goods, only 7 min from the house! We thank Heather and the gang for providing such a fantastic retreat. We wish there were more places like this and so affordable.

Quaint Airbnb located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the park. The location was perfect for visiting family in the area. Very clean with plenty of towels for our stay. Jill was very responsive and gracious. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

There was a group of four of us (two couples) that stayed at Philip's place and we absolutely loved it! We really enjoyed the outdoor space, having the hot tub, outdoor shower, kayaks/standup paddleboards, fire pit, etc was so much fun. We had a blast! Sunsets were amazing. We had plenty of space inside, never felt crammed and loved the foosball table and games already there. The pictures provided on the listing are very accurate. All instructions provided before our arrival were very helpful. Philip was responsive and accommodating! Neighbors were very friendly too. Truly a hidden gem of an area in Denver!

This was a great spot near a bunch of fun stuff. Walked to the coffee shop nearby and it was a beautiful neighborhood. Easy to check in with private entrance. Super clean spot and the hosts were responsive and accommodating

It was worth every cent, the only thing is the 4 days there we had no Wi-Fi access other then that it was worth the $ we paid

The place was great and as expected or better. The standing desk and monitor were perfect for remote work, among the many other amenities. But more importantly, Karissa was amazing. She genuinely surprised me more than once by going out of her way to accommodate my requests. As more and more airbnbs become professionally managed and it becomes harder and harder to reach anyone for help, encountering the level of hospitality Karissa provides truly feels extraordinary! And the minimal and completely reasonable checkout instructions were the perfect final touch. I can safely say this is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed at.

Wow, absolutely amazing experience. Liz and Camron were very sweet, communicative, and accommodating. House rules are reasonable and easily understood. Clean space, nice area, communicative hosts. Couldn’t have asked for better.

We loved our stay at this condo! Easy to walk to restaurants, the river walk area, and grocery store. Building was quiet and tucked away from the main strip so we slept perfectly.

We had an awesome stay. It was easy to walk to the park and downtown. The host was very responsive and made checking in a breeze! The neighborhood was quiet. We felt right at home everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend this home.

The place was exactly as Cyndi described, and the location was indeed great: about a 10 minute walk to the convention center or Union Station. Very spacious, fun rec room and good fitness center downstairs. Cyndi was very responsive, even when we had some odd questions.

Location was ideal, especially in relation to Coors Field. The house was cozy yet modern and Nikki was extremely helpful during our stay. 10/10.

Amazing stay! Came in for a girls weekend in Denver and had a blast. Could not have asked for a better airbnb. Lots of towels and blankets, which always seem to be lacking from other airbnbs. Great area that is very walkable and felt very safe. Loved it!

Amazing place to stay for a few days! Location was so great…easy to walk to anything near downtown Golden. We look forward to staying at Meg’s place again soon. Incredible time!

Absolutely beautiful condo facing the mountains on the west end of Pearl - pics don’t do the views justice, with a beautiful porch to watch the sunset. Beds were very comfy and we loved the location - walking distance to food and hikes. Only a few things we would’ve liked to see: the 2nd bedroom faced the courtyard that has lights on all night and the sheer curtains did not help block that out. It would be nice to have curtains on the windows and porch doors too since it faces west. Kitchen lacked a few things that seasoned cooks would want like a mesh colander for washing quinoa/rice/etc, a citrus squeezer of some sort, and more bowls just to name some. But there were plenty of spices, cleaning items, and paper towel. The walls are also thin but didn’t bother us. Water pressure and temperature never got super high, but I think may be a building issue and not the condo. Overall superb!!
