The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family cattle farm. Good base for guests who enjoy the outdoors, hiking, walking, etc. Yr Wyddfa/ Snowdon is approx 45mins drive from our farm. Good base for Zip World, Tree Tops adventure at Betws y Coed being 4 miles from our farm with coasts of Llandudno, Conwy and RSBP bird centre approx 20 miles from farm. Car is essential due to location. Sorry no pets.

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. The Stables Annexe. One bedroom guest suite.

The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
