Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. La Chouette -Sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults + Child

This lovely property overlooks the courtyard and has its own garden with shady dining/bbq area. The property comprises: Kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, microwave, fridge etc. lounge area with flat screen TV. The spacious bedroom can be set up with a small bed/cot in addition to the king size bed, or set up with 2 single beds. There is a modern shower room with wc, shower and washbasin. Bed linen is provided. Guests are asked to provide there own towels.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles.
