Rio Oasis with Southwest charm

The home was beautiful and perfect for our spring break visit to Albuquerque! We were close to many restaurants and stores. The host, Dani, was wonderful and accommodated a request for our family. I would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay in this lovely home!

The home was very easy to get to and close to the Convention Center, which was nice! The place was very clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and the pool/hot tub was clean!

Melissa is an amazing host. She provided great information, both before we got to the house and in the house. She was always available to provide recommendations and answer questions. The location is great - walking distance to both downtown and old town. Very safe, quiet area. We had 2 couples in the house. The layout provided plenty of privacy. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are adjoining which would also be nice with small children. The patio is very nice. It's shaded with solar lights so it's comfortable sitting outside any time day or night. Her house is very pet friendly. She has toys welcoming either dogs or cats, and also had treats for either. We felt very welcomed with our dog. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

STUNNING home. So many great details throughout that made it a very comfortable stay. Brandi truly thought of everything. Comfy beds, cool AC, short commute to everything. We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood even though you can hear loud cars at night (didn’t bother us). The outdoor space is wonderful - day and night. Well equipped kitchen with local coffee (personal fave) and a filtered water pitcher. Definitely recommend & will be back if in the area. Thank you!

The Lilly Pad Loft - A Lovers Nest

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It was incredibly clean and super cozy. Lindsy is so thoughtful—everything you could possibly need is already there, from an ironing board to a variety of coffee options and even moisturizer in the shower. The kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking, and there’s a laundry in the basement. Lindsy is also super responsive and helpful if you have any questions or issues. Again, I’ve never stayed anywhere that felt so well-prepared for me and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Desert Oasis with a Private Backyard.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful home! We couldn’t have been more pleased. First of all, Jim is an outstanding host, a host with heart who genuinely cares about his guests. We walked in and instantly loved the place. It’s even bigger in person, perfect for a couple or a family! The house is immaculately clean, bug free and well stocked! Loved the NM decor and art work. The backyard was a little get away in itself. Jim pays close attention to details for sure. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your home and making memories to last a lifetime! Thanks again for being so accommodating with our extra night.😊

The home is amazing. We played pickleball and swam in the pool. It was very peaceful. The house was a quick drive to the grocery store and the highway for site seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

Had a great stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The house is a bit tricky to find but the host sent pictures and instructions that helped. The driveway is difficult to get into but there is plenty of street parking if you don’t feel comfortable. The house is walking distance to a park and very central. The check in process was flexible and the host was very communicative. Overall had a great stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are great, respond very quickly, and gave us a quick tour on arrival which was very helpful. The unit was spotless and had every amenity and more! I was very impressed with all the positive reviews which is why we booked here, and now absolutely can recommend this unit and hosts without reservation. We would love to stay again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I was impressed with how clean the apartment was when we arrived. Great lightening around the building. We had a great time staying here while visiting the balloon fiesta. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed I quite a few Airbnb over the years and this was by far the most thoughtful stay I have had. Every convince was take. Into account. Kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, foil and Suran wrap. Really nice to not have to purchase items you only need one Percent of. Super secure location, great outdoor area.

Was amazing. I had a delayed flight I was there traveling to see friends and family. The co host allowed who I was visiting to check in for me. Nice quiet place. Really all you could ever need including a coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry room, pretty much everything said in the listing was in there. Comfortable beds to sleep in. Shower had amenities already there. Decor was beautiful. Easy to understand instructions and communication throughout my stay

Eric was an amazing host. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was in the country and the casita had lovely artistic details. It was very comfortable and had great fenced in areas for our dog. If you are looking for a great getaway place in the country and yet close to the city, this is the place for you.

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.
