Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

Old Orchard Property- 7 min to Glenwood Springs

Enjoy a beautiful property filled with old orchard fruit trees located just minutes from Glenwood Springs or New Castle. Guests will enjoy a walk out basement living space with separate entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. Please be aware when booking this unit is attached to the main house with a separate private entrance. Walk out to a large fenced in backyard where morning coffee can be enjoyed under the apricot tree. The property is home to a family including fur babies and chickens.

Built on the site of the Harvey Gap mine and a half minute drive to Harvey Gap State Park, this cozy mining themed private guest suite (attached to our home) is a base camp for your adventures. Enjoy a mountain getaway filled with hiking, swimming, kayaking (you can rent from us), biking, rafting, skiing and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park (30 minutes away) by day and the hot springs and fine dining by evening. Don’t miss stargazing under our stunning dark skies.

Downtown Launchpad for your Colorado Adventures!

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

The Bear's Den - EV Charging Available

Sunny and private casita! Features mountain and garden views. Close to town, but still feel like you are in nature. The Bear's Den is a favorite place for couples on romantic getaways, but can accommodate groups of 4. Pet Policy: Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be disclosed by the guest and approved by the host.
