An off-grid solar-powered house, perched on the side of the Hawequa mountains overlooking the Breede River valley. It embodies a peaceful escape from the ordinary. The house is nestled behind a small olive grove of 16 trees and is a 1 minute walk to the famous stoop of the Royal Hotel. With a long veranda, harvest-spread style table, built-in braai area, veggie garden and farm-style plunge pool, the house lends itself to slow living in relaxed luxury. The cottage offers free wifi and is backed up by solar power.

The main property is on a dirt road, overlooks a farm dam and magnificent mountain views. The cottage is private, quiet and set in a lovely tranquil bird-filled garden.
