We designed this space for a warm, cozy getaway. The overall goal of the design was a connection with nature and with the one you love, highlighting the beauty of the Driftless region. Use the onsite sauna or outdoor tub for a unique experience. Connect with nature in the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin, drive to one of the attractions from this central location including the House on the Rock, Taliesin, Devil’s Lake Park, and more. Bring your canine companion as well, there is acreage to roam.

GloryView Ridgetop Bungalow

Farmhouse Bungalow sits on top of a ridge in the Southwest WI driftless area, boasting spectacular views. A site that works for anyone from a relaxing retreat to a great spot for adventures. Fall photography dream, cyclists paradise, star gazing/campfire, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fly fishing, Frank Lloyd Wright, WI Dells and other local attractions. The home was completely renovated with all the modern conveniences but the Farmhouse charm. A sleeping loft adds additional functionality.

The Shopkeeper's Apartment in Yuba

The Shopkeeper’s Apartment in Yuba is the lower rear apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, a few restored wooden windows, and a full kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. Most days, you can grab a drink and meal next door at Louie's Bar.

Cook family meals in the large kitchen, dining area, or simply enjoy the country peacefulness. TerraVista House is inspected and licensed by the state of Wisconsin.

Nested in between 2 valleys is this abundant log cabin next to a stream. WI river: fishing, tubing, canoeing, water sports 10 min away. Nearby: biking, trout fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, wine tasting tours, historic towns and sights. Note some photos are of the surrounding area/opportunities. The 2150 square foot home boasts a fireplace enhanced by a 2 story rock faced chimney, an expansive wrap-around porch, a master suite, and a generous great room.

River Front Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly remodeled, home right on the Wisconsin River. You are just steps from the water. Located a short walk from a public boat landing, public land and just off of the ATV/UTV trail and snowmobile trails. No matter the season, you will see an abundance of wildlife, including many bald eagles that nest just across the water. Even though this is on the water, there is not direct access, and swimming is not advised due to river currants.

Little Willow SW WI Restored Farmhouse Cold plunge

Get away from it all at our cottage, Little Willow, located in the Driftless area of SW Wisconsin. In a quiet valley, this beautifully restored historic home offers visitors three sunny covered porches, bathing in our fresh water spring 15 feet from the front door, hiking through the driftless woods, forest bathing, bird watching… Enjoy our springs, trout stream, owls and even coyotes. Create a bonfire at the fire pit for a warm romantic night. Country living at its finest.
