Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et décoré avec soin, entièrement rénové en 2025. Vous serez accueillis par les propriétaires qui habitent juste au-dessus. Terrasse privée orientée sud ouest avec vue sur la Sierra d'Oltá. L'appartement est équipé d'une chambre double et d'un divan-lit pour recevoir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Salle de bain avec douche, jolie cuisine bien équipée et parking privé. Situé à 1800 mètres de la mer et du centre ville de Calpe. Départ de promenades en forêt à 50 mètres.

Olvídate de las preocupaciones en este gran alojamiento: ¡es un oasis de tranquilidad! Villa de cuatro dormitorios con aire acondicionado, tres baños, salón-comedor, biblioteca, despacho para trabajar, piscina privada, bbq plancha de gas, jardín vallado y muy íntimo. Hay dos dormitorios con baños en suite y con camas de matrimonio y otros dos dormitorios con dos camas de 90cm y un baño con bañera ideal para bañar a niños. Espacio para aparcar dentro de la propiedad. Villa luminosa y amplia.

Casa Bella is located in Calpe in a safe & quiet road, there is a local supermarket very nearby. The main beaches and the town centre are only 10 minutes drive away. 4 bedroom and a sofa bed sleeping 8 guests make's the villa ideal for large groups of friends or families. One thing that sets the villa apart from most others is the amount of usable outside space and of course the lovely private pool and the lovely high ceiling on the inside with the exposed wood beams in all the rooms

2 bedrooms Apartment with shared pool is located in a quiet urbanization in Calpe. It has a huge advantage in that it is located on the second floor of a two-storey building, which offers beautiful views of the sea, the city and Peñón Ifach from the large terrace and balcony in one of the bedrooms.
