Perfect location at city center, between Plaza España and Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Guarida is a 3 private apartments complex. Check my other listings if you are more than 2 people willing to stay at same location. No more than 5-10 minutes walking to El Carmen, Ruzafa, train station and restaurants and coffees. KING bed, 300Mbs Wifi, Nespresso with free pods, 55¨ TV, a free wine bottle, some beers and more ;) We have parking garage for one car (10eu/day), reach out before to reserve it.

Acogedor apartamento cerca de la playa.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado y luminoso, totalmente equipado, baño completo, con dos duchas, superficie 40 metros ,7 de altillo y un pequeño balcón. Barrio tradicional con mercado típico de alimentación . A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Supermercados, tiendas de alquiler de bicis, Restaurantes ....en sus alrededores. Muy bien comunicado con toda la ciudad con servicios públicos ,Autobus, tren, metro,tranvia Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona . Parking cercano en plaza Mercado Cabañal.

Dream apartment

Apartment well located, in a very good location. Close to the Joaquín Sorolla subway station and next to the Ave station and 10 minutes from the North station. Located next to the longest street that runs through Valencia. My house is very close to the historic center and the old case. Also available line 27 that leads to the historic center. Apartment with electricity, all day. Private parking front apartment, very large closed. Additional price per night of 10 euros.

Apartamento reformado en el Grao de Gandia

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. Acogedor apartamento recien reformado, amplio, tranquilo y luminoso con vistas al puerto. Es el segundo piso de una finca con solo dos apartamentos. Dispone de 3 habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, y una cuarta como sala de estar.Un baño, una cocina y un comedor. Cerca del apartamento hay supermercados, hornos, tiendas de ropa...y la playa a 5 minutos andando.

Amazing apartment located in the city centre of Valencia. In Quart Street, a tourist area with a gastronomic variety, 50 m. from Tossal Square. - Wifi - Interior balcony, very quiet for relaxing. -Child-firendly: cot, high chair and baby´s bathtub. (Prior notice) You´ll love it because of the space and calm. It´s perfect for couples, adventurous, businessmen, and families.
