Great house! Fun basement for my kids! They loved the toys. Comfy bed. Nice backyard for my kids to kick around the soccer ball. Big tv! Fun giant bean bags! My kids LOVED the treat bowl. Tons of room for all of us. Met the owners and they are awesome people! Highly recommend this place!

Home was exactly as listed online. Very cute and homey filling. Perfect for a small number of people. Loved all the amenities!

This is our 2nd stay at this AirBNB. My family loves this home! It is centrally located, yet in a quiet neighborhood (great for family walks). The house is clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we need, including a BBQ (important for us). The bedrooms are perfect for a short or long stay, with comfortable beds and room to unpack. The family room is great for gathering to watch TV, and the eating area doubles as board game central. Chelsea is easy to work with and has provided our family wonderful visits. I highly recommend Chelsea and this AirBNB. Thank you!

Our stay here was great. We had an event in Rexburg and we were right off the freeway making it easy to get where we needed to. Clean house and matched description.

Amazing, wonderful place to stay. We loved that it was clean but the perfumes and fragrances were at a minimum! My husband has an allergy to perfumes and he didn't have any problems. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house instead of an Airbnb or hotel. There were so many extras and homey touches. So much room! There were instructions for everything thing and the remotes are attached to the TVs! They even had a garage door opener we could use! We would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We will be coming back!!

Great place to fly into. Right off Runway 22 at U12. Hanger area will hold probably 4 aircraft. Access to the living space is great. Keypads for entry/exit. Well furnished, fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean throughout. Will use again in the future for sure.

Great stay for a quick trip. Close to everything. Multiple sleeping areas make for convenient stay for family. Thanks to Joseph for making a cozy home.

We have stayed in the apartment for two weeks. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all necessary appliances, also washing machine and dryer are available. The area is safe, Walmart is 2km away. Overall it was a great experience.

Such a beautiful little spot on the river! We just happened to stumble on Ashton and we love it now! It’s a beautiful peaceful place to get away!

Staying here was pretty great. The place was clean and just what we needed. The hosts were responsive when I had questions. The only drawback was I was awakened by the guests in the unit upstairs at 4:00 in the morning because they were talking. So maybe using the fans that are in the closets as white noise would be helpful if you are a light sleeper. Other than that, it was perfect.

Loved having this home away from home. We had a longer stay there and had to extend a couple of times due to circumstances out of our hand and Nancy and the hosts were very kind, responsive, and flexible in allowing us to stay with them extra days. The place was clean, fun things for the kids to do, and with a tv in every room the kiddos loved being able tonwatch their shows in bed and I loved being able to have quiet time to myself during such a stressful period in our lives. Highly recommend this location and theae hosts for your next visit to St. Anthony!

Wonderful experience. I’m new to dry camping but Trent and Mountain River Ranch made me feel right at home. This place is truly spectacular. This particular cabin is right next to the bathroom. So it’s prime real estate! There’s a video on yt on my djshannonc account that walks through the cabin and describes the experience. Check it out. Also the long term residents and Trent and his helped Brian are so helpful! Also TRY THE TROPICAL PARADISE TACOS FOOD TRUCK! Tell Chef that Shannon C sent you! Best food in the area, PERIODT! If you’re considering, Definitely book. Take a Chance on the Ranch. You won’t be disappointed! 🙏🏼

I felt like Uncle Terry's cabin was very well appointed and had everything we could possible need. The owner's were very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

we loved every minute from horse back riding, fishing, using the kayaks, playing games, hiking to sitting around the fire pit at night. it was a fun beautiful relaxed get away!

We loved our stay at Rocky's cabin. The cabin is surrounded by forest and my 2 year old loved going out to explore. The cabin was tidy and had all the essentials. We loved waking up to the pond to feed the fish each day and sitting by the fire at night. We will definitely be back.

This is one of the best places that I’ve stayed at on Air BnB. The cabin was so clean and smelled so good. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that they had a fully stocked kitchen area with complementary breakfast foods. The ranch is so beautiful and the owners truly thought of everything. We had a short stay so we did not get to do any of their activities but we would love to come back and spend some more time on the ranch!
