House on the shore of Lake Balaton, with pier

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

A faluban kávézó, delikát, galéria, borászatok, vasárnap piac, a szomszéd falvakban 10 percen belül a környék (a világ) legjobb fagyizója, szuper éttermek, gyerek és felnőtt programok, koncertek, borászatok, kirándulás vár.

Country House at Balaton - An Island of Peace

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Where should we start… With the deer in front of the Blue House? With the Rose Garden? Or the breath- taking view of the Lake? We are offering two buildings, with 5bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and two private terraces in a 6,000 m2 rural garden with fruit and nut trees, rose and grape pergolas with amazing view of the Balaton, 20minutes on foot from the lake on top of a mountain. You need a car if you are not a hiker. We have mobile ACs in some of the rooms- they are not always silent.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Where should we start? With the deer in front of the Blue House, the Rose Garden, the pergola that gave A Lugas its name, or the breathtaking view? We are on the top of the Fulop mi hill. The Lugas sleeps 4+2 with 2 bedrooms and a bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen and living room, sofa bed are downstairs with a separate garden entrance. Small cottage with big garden and traditional wood burning tile stove for 1-3 people by the woods in the heart of Balaton Uplands NP, in a secluded tiny village, 15 kms from Balaton and the thermal lake of Hévíz. Hiking trails start a couple of steps away, ideal also for biketours. On a min. 2 day prior notice dinner/breakfast basket available. Pls note that a local tourism tax of HUF 700/pers/day is payable at site.
