There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Property includes boat dock, deck, lower and upper patio with seating, outdoor charcoal grill with many other amenties. Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas. Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. Sit outside by the fire under a pergola.

This lakefront home is centrally located in Southern Illinois on Lake Centralia. This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living! We have internet TV options but no DISH or Direct TV.
