The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Five mins away is Parnell, the Domain, and the Newmarket shopping centre, which offers 240 stores, rooftop dining, and a train station. 8 mins to Mission Bay/Kohi/St Heliers Beaches. There is NO off street parking, but free roadside parking available right outside the property.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
