The apartment is located on the first line of the Acequión beach.Just 5 minutes walk from the beach of Los Naufragos. The apartment has been recently renovated. It has a safe. Surrounded by all kinds of services: supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants, pharmacy and Acequión health center without having to travel by car. It is 15 minutes walk from the center of Torrevieja, the promenade, fairgrounds and leisure areas.

This excellent home, located 10 meters from Cala del Pino beach, is ideal for any time of year, boasting 220 days of sunshine per year. Additional services include kayaking, bicycle rentals, airport transfers, and more. Although the home is the closest to the beach, it is not wheelchair accessible, as there are wide, landscaped exterior stairs with approximately 18 steps leading from the beach to the apartment.
