Choose from an Acapulco chair or a teal Eames model for a coffee at this quirky urban oasis with pop art influences and mismatched furniture. Polished parquet floors contrast with an open metal staircase and exposed concrete for an eclectic look. Private parking and 24 hours security. We have an agreement with a laundry company that goes for your clothes and bring them back to your door for only 18 pesos kilo. Loft Industrial style Apartment, completely equipped and furnished 1.0 km from Santa Fe. Why to stay in this Loft? Because we put you absolutely everything !!. You just bring your clothes and go! Our fully equipped loft can be rent for days, a week, a month, three months, a year, or as long as you can think of. Payment includes daily cleaning (except Sundays), electricity, water and gas. We also put crockery and kitchen utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, juicer, etc. We also include high speed internet and television system with HD channels and of course a Full HD 42 inch TV. We add to your loft sheets, towels and blankets. It goes without saying that the loft is fully furnished and includes a small office perfectly equipped for if you want to do homeoffice. We have 24 hour security and is only 2 minutes from Santa Fe. Private parking place. And to make it even easier, we can help you coordinating your groceries, washing, ironing and dry cleaning of your clothes. Lobby and parking place - At your arrival there will always be someone from the staff waiting for you to deliver the keys and for any questions you may have. - We will give you an explanation about the loft and what you can find in it. - You will see on the wall an acrylic with the internal regulations as well as the internet keys. - In the same acrylic comes the address of the loft, in case you require it to request food or to provide it for other cases. - You will also see emergency numbers there. - My cell phone is 555416986 or phone 75739747. El Estudio, es un hogar que incluye una cama queen size, esta completamente equipado! Cuenta con un sofa cama, un comedor para 4 personas, ya sea que lo utilicen para trabajar o comer, cuenta con su televisión propia. Es el único loft que se encuentra junto a un pequeño jardín y sus banquitas para descansar, leer o simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza (Area común) Es un lugar cómodo, que puedes aprovechar a hacer ejercicio o nadar, disfruta de una tarde de una espectacular terraza!!!
