My place is a modern industrial style; unbelievably walkable, downtown neighborhood apartment! The building is over 100 years old and has been freshly remodeled with wonderful updates complimentary to the original charm! We did resurrect the beaten up original wood floors and even some old tile in the hallway and left it for a wink of character. You can let us know if you love or hate it :) Not a shared apartment. Free street parking all throughout the neighborhood. 2 portable AC units!
