Note this house has a temp controlled thermostat that Max's at 72 degrees house will heat to 74 so if you like to run heat at 80 this house isnt for you.

The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
