Once home to a platoon of guards whose job was to lookout for smugglers but now our "happy place" somewhere to unwind, laugh and recharge the batteries. Watch the ever changing sea view, calm waters or rough seas can be enjoyed from the large bay window or sat on the patio

The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Coble View is a former fisherman's cottage situated in the iconic Fisherman's Square, the birthplace of Redcar. Recently refurbished and equipped to a high standard, it provides cosy and welcoming accommodation, with an enclosed garden to the rear, complete with garden furniture. The cottage is within easy reach of beautiful flat sandy beaches and beautiful coastline views. We are only a short distance away from the coastal towns of Saltburn, Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay,and Scarborough.
