Unser Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für erholsame Tage in Salzburg: ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, drei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, modernes Wohnzimmer, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ein kleiner aber feiner Garten mit Blick ins Grüne und zwei überdachte Parkplätze. Wenn ihr mir eine Anfrage sendet, seid so lieb und stellt Euch kurz vor - wer seid ihr, woher kommt ihr und mit wem reist ihr nach Salzburg🫶🏻🙋‍♀️ Wir freuen uns Euch als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.

Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Garden Apartment

The apartment is an independent building in the garden. About 40 m2 with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath / WC (shower). Parking available (side street, free of charge). Approximately 20 minutes walk to the center (old town) or a busride with 3 stops. The busstop is a 3 min-walk away. Parking spaces are almost always available (side street, free of charge). Location: A lovely area – equal in the city but in the other direction also equal to the country.

Romantisches Studio am Fuße des Untersberges

Ein romantisches Studio in einer kleiner Ortschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe von Salzburg. Nur 25 min. mit dem Bus trennen dich von der Stadt. Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

In 20 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Neutor, den Eingang der Mozartstadt bzw des Festspielbezirks oder wählen Sie aus 2 Buslinien, welche direkt in das Zentrum von Salzburg führen.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Wohngegend grenznah zur Stadt Salzburg (7 km). FÜR GESCHÄFTSREISENDE: Wir stellen Rechnungen mit ausgewiesener MWSt aus! Wir leben in Deutschland, in der Touristenregion Berchtesgadener Land, am Rand der Berchtesgadener und Salzburger Alpen in der Gemeinde Ainring. Ein Kfz wäre von Vorteil. Kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Unser gemütliches Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe und dennoch im Grünen, im Naturschutzgebiet von Leopoldskron. Es ist auch für Langzeitaufenthalte komplett ausgestattet. Tourismussteuer (Nächtigungsabgabe + Tourismusfondsbeitrag) ist bereits im Preis inkludiert. Guest Mobility Ticket für das Salzburger Land ist ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen.
