The Place is great, peaceful and private neighborhood. The listing is accurate from the description to their photos. My family had a great time. The Host is also very kind, accommodating and flexible to our needs. We’ll definitely consider coming back again.

Spent my 21st birthday here and it was amazing! Would love to comeback again. This place felt very home-y and appropriate for a chill celebration. The kitchen was really nice as well as the amenities. The rooms were also very comfortable, we had no problem sleepinf soundly. The houskeeper was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Overall, this place was a 10/10!

We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

This is the first time I have absolutely no negative feedback — everything exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on, the location is excellent, the house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family, which includes toddlers to seniors, had a fantastic time. There was something for everyone to enjoy, but the real standout was the game room. Unlike typical setups with just pool tables or board games, this one was on another level — packed with nostalgic arcade games, Dance Dance Revolution, a Nintendo Switch, and more. It was overwhelming in the best way, and honestly, one night just wasn’t enough to make the most of everything this place offers. Highly recommend!

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. Thank you again to the staff of Balay Pahuwai and bang.

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

It was a great stay. The property is clean and the caretakers were very accommodating. The location is very accessible just a few meters away from the main highway.

The place is exactly the same as what is shown on airbnb. It’s very clean, bright and cozy. The host answered all my queries. Marvin, the caretaker, is very nice and accommodating.The air condition in the bedrooms are pretty new thus does not emit musty odor and the beds are pretty comfy. Each rooms have comfort rooms which is a plus!! There’s some extra folding sofa beds which I like better than the other Laguna resorts where they provide bunk beds. The downside I guess is to throw the trash at the end of the day. Pool and comfort rooms need to have descaling. The sofas in the living room should be replaced by a vinyl couch like the white single couch they have. I had my dad sit at that vinyl couch the whole time and he was very comfortable. It will be ideal also if there will be a bedroom on the ground floor for elders. Still, I will give 5 stars. My family and I will definitely come back.

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

Olivia’s place is amazing! It’s even more beautiful in person, and their caretaker is incredibly kind. The air conditioning works perfectly, the bathrooms are spacious, and one of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly! Overall, the experience was fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The family loved the comfortable, tranquil, and beautifully designed home. We'll come with yoga mats and instructor next time to make the most of the peaceful surroundings and view of Mt. Banahaw.

Our trip was meant to be a quick visit to my dad’s hometown to reconnect. The place was exactly what we need with its proximity to the town plaza and along the main road to the town’s tourist destinations. The place is cozy and homey. Will likely our preferred place for our hometown visits that we will be doing more frequently.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

the host was very responsive from the start. also, their staff is very very accommodating. everyone is helpful. the resort is legit hot spring bc the water is very warm. it is also very clean.. we even witnessed one of their staff cleaning each pool and draining the waters once done using from the start up until our out. will definitely recommend this! :)

My family and I had a really nice time in Ivy's property. The place was very calm and peaceful, which was a perfect for an escape from the city. Her staff in the property were also very helpful, and the host was kind enough to give us local mangoes and eggs as a welcome present. The two pools were also great especially when traveling with kids. The children in our party really appreciated having the kiddie pool alongside the bigger one. The house was also lovely and beautifully built. The only downside is that the living room was not airconditioned, so if you go during extremely hot weather like we did, at a certain point, people will have no choice but to retreat to their individual rooms (that have ac) to cool down, which is fine, but does get in the way of family bonding time.

Magnolia is a profesional host, reactive and kind, even though we arrived late she still very flexible, she welcome us with a very nice smile.The house is very clean inside and out all the bedsheets, sofa covers and chairs are clean, spacious garden and have a nice view of the swimming pool fr. the garden, perfect to do a get together and bbq with the family, the location is private, very calm and silent, you will want to stay more, antipolo itself is a beautiful city, a lot of different tourist atractions, near taguig, taytay, and tanay rizal, if you want to explore the beautiful places of rizal this the perfect location, you live in the city but it's like you are in the province we really feels like home. Thank you Magnolia we will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and families.
