It is a perfect haven for outdoor fun and retreat. Located only four blocks from downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Relaxing and Spacious 1 Bedroom

This is a one bedroom apartment in an 8-unit apartment building near downtown. This is a fully-furnished unit with wifi and a tv, but no cable. You can use your own streaming accounts while here, but make sure to sign out before you leave. We provide a window AC and fan in the summer and have in-wall heat for winter months. The building is really old, but has been refinished. The "yard" is unmanicured and is shared with all guests/tenants. The apartment itself is very comfortable.

Pets allowed only with prior approval - one dog limit. Pets cannot be left unattended and must have their own beds. This beautiful, private guesthouse is located just five minutes from shopping and restaurants.
