Dublin City (St Stephen’s Green/Grafton St) is 3km away, less than 10 min by Luas (tram, Beechwood stop) which is a 2 minute walk from our house. O’ Connell St (city centre) is 15 min by tram. Ranelagh, our village is a hub of numerous restaurants and pubs. Spoilt for choice! Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. Located in Smithfield, Dublins old market town, we are within walking distance of all Dublins tourist attractions. Our tiny home is located in our garden, which is truly unique so close to the city center. It has its own small entrance.The famous COBBLESTONE BAR is minutes walk as is JAMESON DISTILLERY. Temple Bar and O’Connell St are about a 20 minute walk away. Stoneybatter was voted top 50 neighborhoods by TIMEOUT. There are lots of great bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

We own the apartment and usually live here, so it’s well-equipped and designed for comfortable everyday living — perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. During the summer, we're away, and we're happy to share our space with respectful guests who will treat it like their own. Please do not lose the keys, especially the building entrance key — there is no spare copy, and replacements can only be arranged through the management company. A €50 fee will apply for any lost key.
