The Cottage on College Street

The Cottage is very cozy with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments.

The Jackson Carriage House

Carriage guest house near the heart of Eastover is your charming home away from home! Just minutes away from I-55, The District & Highland Village shopping centers and restaurants, UMMC, River Hills Country Club as well as Belhaven and Millsaps colleges. There is one queen bed, one twin bed and an air mattress so it’s a perfect spot for a small family or a weekend getaway for two! Smoke free and pet free environment, and a strictly enforced no party or social gatherings of any kind.

The Blue Barn Abode

Relax in the country only 10 minutes from Madison, 15 from Ridgeland, 20 from Jackson or Canton. This charming, private apartment over the barn is newly renovated. Look out the windows to view the scenic pond, picnic table and fire pit. Although there are no animals living in the barn, you may get to see a family of 11 deer that frequently travel across the yard. Host lives on the property farther down the driveway. Washer/dryer available for use in host's detached garage.

Serenity suite 1 Luxury pool house

The pool house is very private and separate from the main house with its own entrance and is connected to the large outdoor kitchen. The spacious bedroom has a large walk in closet, a king bed with 1800 thread count sheets and a Down comforter. The living area has a new sectional sofa and bathroom has a walk in shower. Can sleep up to 2 adults and a small child. You can add the upstairs to sleep up to 4 more adults.
