While no views of the lake, access is 300 yards away for fishing or kayaking. The treehouse, separated by a walkway to the main house, is perfect for adults wanting a private getaway or older kids wanting to stay up playing provided games. Knock About on the Lake is a wonderful lake cottage on a secluded wooded cove on Lake Wedowee! Perfect for a fall getaway, escape from the winter snow, or summer family fun. Three bedrooms, a downstairs TV/bonus room with 2 bunkbeds (4th "bedroom"), two full and one half baths. Enjoy nearby hiking, antiquing, or drinks by the our beautiful firepit under the stars. Serene lake views with your coffee from our large screened porch or sitting on our dock. Boating, and fishing are excellent.

Take advantage of this spacious 7 bedroom / 3 level lake house which has a beautiful view of Lake Wedowee. We are pet friendly! Enjoy your privacy in this spacious home. The home has 7 bedrooms (plus one small room with two twins off of large upstairs room), 15 beds, and 4 baths. Easily sleeps 28 but can sleep more if you have small children. There are plenty of sofas to lounge on and sleep in as well. Enjoy family time in an open kitchen with a large table for everyone to gather around.

Almost Heaven at Lake Wedowee

Open water views from every room, a private dock you're welcome to tie your boat to, and a screened porch made for slow mornings. Almost Heaven sits on Lake Wedowee with year-round water, 12 minutes from downtown and 90 minutes from either Atlanta or Birmingham. Sleeps 13 comfortably. Stocked kitchen, luxury bedding, pool table, ping pong, arcade games, fire pit, and Starlink. Come fall, the porch turns cool, the water goes quiet, and the crappie start biting right off our dock.
