Country living, originally built in 1938 this rustic house has all you need for a short visit or a long well needed getaway. Very spacious 2200 square-foot entire house to yourself, fire place, an outdoor fire pit, grill, & access on the property of a fully stocked Pond. Also a great place for your work crew. This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6. The outside patio has more eating space & lounge area where smoking is allowed.
