Spacious Luxury Condo. Steps from Lake & Rainey st

Enjoy your time at this beautifully curated condo in downtown Austin, steps from bars at Rainey St with Lady Bird Lake and trail access. The perfect base for all events such as SXSW/ F1/ ACL. The condo has all high end furnishings with floor to ceilings windows overlooking the east and north. Fresh Place on Bellaire Mins to SoCo & Downtown

Welcome to your home away from home in this amazing modern 2/2! Come enjoy Austin for a weekend or settle in for the work week on a business trip. We offer great WiFi (and a few spaces to work if you must!). We are in a quiet East Austin neighborhood only minutes from anywhere you want to be: downtown, Rainey, East/West 6th St., Zilker (ACL!), and SoCo. All the amenities you wish you had at home. Great patio with fire pit and yard to enjoy on beautiful Austin days.
