Alley access and a private entrance to our upstairs studio offers: *Over 575 square feet of space *Two off-street parking spots *Roomy kitchenette with plenty of storage *Microwave, sink, full-size fridge *Wine, beer, coffee, tea, waters, oatmeal - all for you *Comfy, queen size bed *Plush, queen size sofa-bed for additional guests *Bathroom with walk-in shower *Cable television, free wi-fi *Nice outside *Bike racks and locks for you to bring your bikes (or rent one) Full access to the apartment which has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From wine & beer, coffee & tea, snacks, plenty of clean towels and fluffy bathrobes all included in your stay! As much as they need! We are pretty cool hosts. The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoy having you as our guest!

South Congress Apartment

Our apartment is perfect for the budget traveler. It's very clean and with about 500 square feet it is spacious enough for 2 guests, although there is a fold out couch if you need it. Be sure to use the pillow top and comforter located on top of the bookshelf next to the couch. My wife and I lived here before buying the main house on the property. It was a great place to live and gave us many happy years. I'm sure you will love it too! Located near Congress and Riverside, just a few blocks away from longtime Austin establishments such as Guero's Taco Bar, The Continental Club, Allen's Boots, and many other amazing restaurants, shops and music venues. The South Congress bridge, where the bats emerge at sunset every evening from March to October, is just a few more blocks away and leads directly into the downtown area only a mile from our apartment, all within walking distance. You can pick up the hike and bike trail at the bridge as well, and it runs for many miles around Lady Bird Lake. Public bike rentals are within a five minute walk on Congress Avenue. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of our house.

Contemporary East Austin Cottage

This cottage is tucked away in a quiet corner of the popular and hip Holly/East Cesar Chavez neighborhood in East Austin. Located less than a mile to Downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, Rainey Street and minutes to Soco, Zilker Park and Barton Springs. It is super close to Austin's hot new restaurants, bars, music venues, nightlife and outdoor activities. Blocks away from Hike and Bike trail around Lady Bird Lake. Your cleaning fee means we do the cleaning, no crazy lists of chores for you to do.

Live in a Light and Airy Lakeside Loft

Quiet and serene, in the heart of East Austin. Live in a modern apartment plus rooftop deck in a home designed by Austin icon Michael Hsu. You'll be walking distance from local restaurants, coffee shops, Rainey Street, Cesar Chavez and E. 6th Streets. We're a block from the Colorado river ('Ladybird Lake') with a hike and bike trail and easy kayak rental. Downtown is just over a mile away. This is a great spot to rest and rejuvenate while you have fun or work in Austin. We're family friendly.

Private Garage Apartment! Near Airport & Downtown!

You get access to a private garage apartment with a tiny home feel, decorated with local Austin art, and run by hosts with over nine years experience. We live in a quiet South Austin neighborhood with easy access to major roads, the airport, and downtown. We're two miles from Interstate 35 and State Highway 71, five miles from Bergstrom Airport, and six miles from downtown and the Austin Convention Center. We're less than a block from the #311 bus route and half a mile from the #7 bus route.

Private and Hip Centrally Located East Austin Guesthouse

Put on a great record and enjoy the natural light at a bright, stylish guesthouse with a homey feel. The studio is brand new construction that has been stylishly renovated. It has a private alley entrance, and includes a kitchenette, full bathroom and walk-in closet. Sleeping options include a king size bed, and a day bed that converts into two twin size beds. Fast wifi and TV provided. We are centrally located, near public bus lines. Plenty of unrestricted street parking available.

** See "Guest Access" for information on pets and 7+ night stays!! Modern, walkable hideaway with incredible natural light in the super-chill Eastside Cherrywood neighborhood. No, really. There are like, tons of windows in there. Austin hotspots and events are a short ride share away from our central location. But with a well-appointed kitchen, hot restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a short stroll away, and super comfy digs you may find you don't want to wander very far.

Stylish backyard casita with pool and hot tub. Short walk to Uchi, Alamo Drafthouse, and Barton Springs. 5 minutes to Zilker Park / Greenbelt. 2 miles to Downtown. 1.5 miles to S. Congress. Outdoor ping pong. 1GB Internet. Full bath as well as private outdoor shower. Natural Gas BBQ grill. Tankless water heater. No kitchen - mini-fridge and coffee station at bar. Owners live in front house but you will have pool, backyard and casita all to yourselves.

Sweet South Austin Studio in Bouldin Creek

The peaceful private backyard studio is close to everything - downtown, Lady Bird Lake, South Congress, Barton Springs, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores, Palmer Auditorium, minutes from East Austin. You’ll love the place because of the unique space. Tucked under sprawling Southern Live Oaks trees it has incredible light, a lush queen-sized bed, comfy fold-out leather sofa bed. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
