Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

Mountain View Suite offers tranquility and adventure with stunning views of Ragged Mountain. Just two miles from Ragged Mountain Ski Area, it features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an open bunk room, a spacious living room with a 65-inch TV, gas fireplace, and a full kitchen. Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

Guest Suite - Andover Village

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!
