Guest Suite in the Mansion [5 STAR]

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

Convenient apartment with easy parking and private entrance. The space is perfect for a single person or 2 adults, and a child or two if you have them. A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Covered parking at your door.

Private suite with private entrance and two designated parking spots. King size bed, twin day bed, private bath, wet bar, mini fridge and microwave. Off-street parking in quiet residential neighborhood. Convenient to downtown Nashville (8 miles), Brentwood (3 miles), Franklin (10 miles), and airport. Walking distance to park with hiking trails. Perfect for your visit to Nashville and surrounding area. The guest suite is attached to my home, it is not a separate building or the entire house.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. Welcome to our cozy neighborhood nook! We hope you feel right at home. You’ll be in a great location central to just about everywhere you’d want to go with privacy and off the street parking. The inside has been completely remodeled so everything is new. Large bedroom and bath. Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Couples love the quiet retreat from a full day of touring the city. Musicians love the upright piano and woody surroundings. And ALL are welcome!
