I absolutely loved this place, it was very roomy, lots to do for the kids, the jetted tub was a plus. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of fun in helen. The best part was it was right on a private lake right out your front door where the fishing was absolutely amazing, I do believe I out fished my husband. I would definitely enjoy returning. I really enjoyed this stay. Thank you Joni for a amazing overall trip.

We spent a month here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. A beautifully remodeled farm home with a picturesque view of the foothills and farmland. Super close to Yaoola Creek park and Dahlonega center, too. And if any issue arose, they responded immediately. Jeana, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an escape to the beautiful north Georgia countryside.

Very peaceful stay for 4 adults just before new years. The woodburning stove was helpful for chilly nights, and the hot tub was enjoyed. Murphy and the surrounding areas are wonderful to explore. Would visit again sometime.

I loved my stay at Ferngully! Everything was as described. Instructions were clear and thorough. I felt right at home. I didn’t utilize all of the amenities, but there was plenty if needed. The hot tub was great which was a major factor in booking. Location was another factor. I enjoyed an amazing sunset from Bell Mountain, which is not far. I also rode over to Alpine Helen.

Had the best time at Reah’s amazing lake home. The description of the house is spot on. Perfect location for a getaway or small family retreat. Can’t wait to come back and visit. Mark

We loved our stay. Everything was clean. exactly as described. We love the hot tub and the kayaks.

We decided to take a 3 night girls' trip to Dahlonega for my birthday and had a wonderful time. Loved exploring some wineries, Big Creek Distillery, and visiting the Chestatee Wildlife preserve, plus doing some shopping in downtown Dahlonega and trying out a bunch of restaurants there. The cabin was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. Loved the hot tub! Some storms and windy conditions didn't allow us to use the firepit, but it looked like a nice spot to hang out. We enjoyed a few movies from their DVD collection in the evenings. They had a great little coffee bar setup with lots of choices of coffees, teas and hot chocolate, and the option to either use a kcup or make a pot of coffee.

Absolutely loved it here! Beautiful house and private surrounding area, it was a great getaway. Owners were very friendly and great at communicating. Would stay again!

Glory View is a perfect name for Heather’s place. The house has the perfect view. So many upgrades and quality work. Perfect place for a family or just a couple. You have outdone yourselves and I recommend this spot for everyone! Such a happy positive place! I will be back!

The Jewel of the Woods - the pictures do not do it justice - it is so much more! It is beautiful and clean and so comfortable. We felt right at home. Highly recommend staying in this home!

This was one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. I can’t speak highly enough about this cottage and its surroundings. It was luxurious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. Close to town with great shops and restaurants, but also very private and serene. One of the best trips we have taken in a very long time. I can’t recommend this beautiful home enough.

Jiri’s place is TRULY a find!! Really a place to unwind and experience beautiful solitude. It is fully stocked, well decorated, and thoughtful. And there’s a private waterfall!! It’s so unfortunate that it rained during my stay, because I was really looking forward to the fire pit. I will visit again and again just to get away from the city life. Next time for a week or two!! He gave so many wonderful suggestions that you may have a different experience each time. Simply PERFECT!

I had an amazing stay! The room was so clean and comfy, and had everything to accommodate me. Clayton is gorgeous, and there was so much to do!

Very quaint, very relaxing, gorgeous view of the lake from the big covered porch, close to a grocery and the surroundingarea has many outdoor activities.

The cabin and location was perfect for a weekend getaway with my two daughters. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. Once the restaurant opened, my 9 year old made friends with some of the children who were there for dinner, and they played for hours! Lee and Jim’s info folder listed local trails, things to do, and places to eat. My 9 year old didn’t want to leave! She’s begging for another trip soon. We’ll definitely stay longer next time!

The house is a very nice place to get away and relax. Beautiful mountains and roads surround you everywhere you go.

Mike’s place has an amazing view!! If you stay here you must get up to see the sun rise! The host was nice and I enjoyed talking to him. The home was clean and very convenient to activities in Sky Valley and Highlands. We would stay here again.

I had a lovely stay. The home was very basic, but it was just what I was looking for. The lake is beautiful and very secluded. There was no soap or shampoo provided. There was also no sponge or dish brush, so cleaning dishes was tricky. And finally, there was no coffee. These are small things, but they are listed on the listing, so I did not bring any of those items.

Loved Hutch's Mountain Cottage! The hosts are extremely helpful, and the house is cozy and looks just like the photos. Internet is 99% reliable (I'm a remote worker, so this is critical for me) – it went down for just a few minutes one day but was otherwise good the whole week. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Ronnie’s place was a great little getaway for Easter weekend. 2 minute drive to downtown Clayton for shopping and dining. Will definitely book this place if we ever venture back!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!! Beautiful, scenic, quiet, it’s a home in the mountains and away from the city where you can just reset yourself. Just the drive alone was so beautiful. My Fiancé and I loved it. My dogs loved it. Sitting on the beautiful porch drinking coffee and listening to nature while surrounded by mountains is beautiful. Inside the cabin, you immediately feel like you’re home. From the soft beds, couches, the kitchen, bathroom, but my favorite was the backyard. It’s so beautiful, gated, and quiet. To see my fiancé and our dogs running around and playing and just happy in this atmosphere was as if I was in heaven. Traveling and visiting the towns was amazing and you must visit Helen Georgia. But what made this trip unforgettable was the hospitality of the host Tania and Mark. The amazing hospitality, helping after getting locked out the cabin twice which was my fault, checking in on us, so flexible with us. We felt like family. Luv you guys. We will be back. Huge Hugs

Chanda’s Artist Cottage was a true gem. The location was convenient to town and also private and peaceful. I couldn’t get enough of this cottage- from the art to the fireplace, it provided a unique spot to unwind. My family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed and hopes to return!
