The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich top! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Gastgeber waren sehr angenehm im Umgang. Der einzige Punkt, der nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprach, war der geschlossene Pool. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Had a great stay here! The place was super spacious and comfy—exactly what we needed. Self check-in was super easy, no issues at all. Everything went smoothly and the whole experience was really chill. Affordable place to stay for groups who prefer to stay in one building. Elevator was a plus since we have seniors with us during this trip.

Nice and spacious apartment. The communication with the host was very good and the host family was very nice and helpful. Can recommend this place.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Hanoi und wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Smart-Lock ermöglicht einen flexiblen Zugang und es ist so gut wie immer jemand da im Eingang, falls man doch Schwierigkeiten haben sollte mit dem Smart Lock. Der Ort ist schon recht touristisch und es gibt einige Lokale, wo man jedes Mal beim vorbeigehen angesprochen wird und morgens hört man wie die Nachbarschaft und Geschäfte öffnen und es etwas lauter wird aber alles noch im guten Rahmen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet vor allem die Küche ist super und man bekommt kostenloses Wasser aus dem Wassertank. Das Bad ist es klein und renovierungsbedürftig aber im großen und Ganzen vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit 😊

Great location, center of Hanoi. Quite place, just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. I also enjoy train street. The apt has everything I need, will comeback

The place is spotlessly clean and modernised. It feels as clean and new as no one has ever lived in. The appliances are clean and new. The decoration is superb. So happy that I found this place in Hanoi.

You get what you see in the pictures. Clean and beautiful house. All amenities were fabulous. The house had an air of comfort and belongingness. Tiffany is a fabulous host, always wearing a beautiful smile and extremely quick to response. The house and the amenities in the house are top class. Tiffany also booked us on Halong bay cruise and it was worth every cent inspite of the fact that the weather was overcast and it rained a bit. She was gracious enough to take care of the extra luggage whilst we were away for the overnight cruise. If one is looking for a homestay away from hustle bustle of the city and a host who is super sweet, accommodating, concerned and swift to response then this is the place to stay. It's worth every cent of the money and you will feel at HOME.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment with our two children, 7 and 9. Situated between the train station, the French Quarter and the Old Town, location wise it could not have been better. Whilst outside the city was full of hustle and bustle, the place was a beacon of calm and provided us (mainly the kids!) with a place to switch off. We loved the feel of the apartment, it felt like a home away from home. Could have stayed a month!
