I’ve stayed at Air BnBs all over the world and this is one of my favorites. Having now spent four days in Cuba, I can’t imagine doing it any way other than at Luca’s place. It is absolutely the most beautiful beach house with the best of views. I think Cuba would have been quite difficult to manage without Luca’s house and connections—Isabel and Laura are responsive, trustworthy, and kind. We were able to exchange money, get taxis, and have them cook dinner for us. This neighborhood is a slice of Cuban life. We made friends with the neighborhood coffee lady, dogs, and people. The house is perfectly appointed with a stocked fridge of beer, soda, and snacks. The water was great for snorkeling and there was a quietly assigned security person at our gate overnight—something we honestly probably didn’t even know we needed. This house is the way to see how people really live in Cuba. Thank you, Luca, Isabel, Laura, and everyone else for making the this a truly memorable trip.

Excellent place, good price. Belkis and family are extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of me like family, and I really appreciate that! The location is very good, near good restaurants and local private markets where you can acquire all you need for a moderate price. I recommend the place and the area in general. He estado en casa de Frank 9 días, me encontré mejor que mi casa, tanto por la casa en sí cuanto por los servicios ofrecidos. Frank ha construido un equipo que funciona mejor que un reloj suizo, siempre están atentos a cualquier solicitud del cliente.Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a aquellos que deben permanecer en La Habana.

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a well-kept garden and a clean pool that made it perfect for relaxing and spending time as a family. The home maintains its original charm with tasteful modern touches and is air-conditioned in most areas. Adisel and her assistant were incredibly helpful. For an extra fee, they even took care of our meals. A nighttime security guard was present during our stay — very polite and friendly, which made us feel safe. Parking inside the property .The staff genuinely care about the guests' comfort. The BBQ area was a great bonus. Some appliances could use an upgrade — the refrigerator felt small for a family, the TV had no signal, and the microwave and dishwasher were outdated. A new set of kitchen tools would be helpful. A freezer would be a great addition, and I’d recommend providing a crib for guests A cooler near the pool area would also be a plus. None of these minor issues affected our experience. Highly recommended!

Perfect place as a stopover either coming in or leaving Cuba. Rooms are ideal and everyone super friendly and helpful. Would recommend the breakfast and taxi for $10 to airport in a '54 Chevy !
