Private guesthouse, max 2 guests. It has a queen size bed, bathroom, toilet, AC, walk in wardrobe, roller shutter window, living room, kitchenette and private entrance. Left side of Driveway or street parking. WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio self contained apartment. Close to the beach house pub Walking distance to butler train station, restaurants and shops. Self contained studio apartment which is separate to the house, which has its own gated entry into the property that has everything you need for a relaxing time away. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Family friendly peaceful and spacious home away from home. Behind the house is the golf Coast occasionally can see Kangaroos sun buzzing. Can wake up to birds singing and a beautiful scenery of the coast in the morning and sunset. This beautiful home is 7 minutes drive to the beach, 5 minutes to the shops, 3 minutes drive to the train station and a bus stop across the road.
