Newly built villa. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated pool. 10 adults can comfortably share our 5 double bedrooms, pluss up to 3 kids/teens in one convertable couch for two and one convertable chair. Additional baby beds are possible in two of the rooms. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, a laundry room, living room, a bathroom and a patio traversing all. Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Casa Picasso is een heerlijk huis met mooie buitenomgeving inclusief privézwembad, barbecue en overkapping. Het ligt centraal gelegen in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, wat een prachtige omgeving is met voldoende barretjes, restaurantjes , winkels en meerdere supermarkten in de buurt. Met de auto is het 12 minuten rijden naar de mooie stranden van Guardamar del Segura, wat doorgaans wordt gezien als de mooiste stranden van de Costa Blanca.
