Main floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Casa Picasso is een heerlijk huis met mooie buitenomgeving inclusief privézwembad, barbecue en overkapping. Het ligt centraal gelegen in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, wat een prachtige omgeving is met voldoende barretjes, restaurantjes , winkels en meerdere supermarkten in de buurt. Met de auto is het 12 minuten rijden naar de mooie stranden van Guardamar del Segura, wat doorgaans wordt gezien als de mooiste stranden van de Costa Blanca. Ook Aquapark Rojales en golfclub La Marquesa is zeer dichtbij.
