Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Just a two-minute walk to cafés, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway, and the spa is located on the driveway area. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.

Newly Built Spacious Studio - Lake View

NOTE: A neighbouring house is under construction. It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.
