Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Atlantic View Penthouse

The Level 3 Penthouse apartment is ideal for casual entertaining or just quiet R&R. With 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches below and the 12 Apostles. Services and restaurants are located in the Camps Bay Mall about 2 min. by car and a 15 min. walk to the Clifton beaches below. The Level 2 apartment, a separate listing @ airbnb.co.za/h/casa-del-sur-level-2, is often preferred by guests or families who prefer extra space, chef's kitchen, dining patio and pool (heated by request).

Cottage by the Sea, Solar System, King Bed, Safe

The cottage is at the back of the main house with it's own tranquil courtyard, table, chairs and loungers. The property has Solar and Grid electricity. The cottage is in walking distance to the promenade, beaches, shops, variety of restaurants (including vegan) , petrol station, public transport, hop on and go tour bus, chemist, doctor, dentist, gym, boxing studio. Good for couples, solo and business travelers. Beach accessories available. I am always available to help with anything.

Endless Views & Privacy

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

A recently renovated studio apartment in the trendy Sea Point neighbourhood, situated right on popular Beach Road. Double volume heights make the studio light and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are both new. An easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Sea Point, and the Promenade is on your doorstep. A smart TV and Fiber wifi complete the picture. Sea Point Beach Front Gorgeous Apartment

This spacious 3 bedroom with 3 bathroom luxury apartment has got breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean and Sea Point Promenade. It has a lovely open plan living/dining/kitchen area with WiFi, TV and secure parking. The apartment is walking distance to grocery stores and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and the Sea Point Promenade where you can go for a long walk, run or cycling all along the beach side.
