The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

Cape to Grape, Guest Suite offers you 'down-south' ambience and fun in the Yallingup Hills where you have easy access to the surf beaches, wineries, walks and galleries. Whilst sharing the property with the main house, you still have private parking and an entry. Rustic and relaxed, our spacious open-room accommodation is well-equipped with a king-sized bed, living area, bathroom/laundry, cooking area, native garden, carport, WIFI and a smart television. Bluegum Studio

The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The Tree House Dunsborough

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request.
