Great accomodation Micasa and Quin are nice.

I stayed here with my family. We really enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious each morning, and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the afternoons. While the room we were given (2 connecting rooms on the ground floor) worked well for our family (maybe even better than what we were expecting), it was not the same as the one in the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay. The set up was ideal for our family needs with a large swimming pool attached to the apartment block and the beach (and another pool) a 5 minute walk away. The beach at Danang is awesome and child friendly, this is always a major draw for us when selecting a destination to take a break. The location of the apartment is quiet and may not suit those who want easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, bars etc. Because of this one suggestion may be to have some basic condiments available depending on guests such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. There is a restaurant on site and was good for us and the staff were attentive. Communication with the host was very good and it is easy to connect and get any information needed. In short, we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying again.

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Главный плюс, безусловно - это прекрасная территория. 3 минуты до пляжа и ресторана рядом с бассейном. Тихо, безопасно, красиво. Было очень комфортно Хозяин предупредительный, вежливый, чистота квартиры на пять с плюсом, ежедневная уборка. Расположена чуть дальше дананга, готовьтесь либо брать байк (без него никуда), либо ездить на такси. До района миан можно добраться за 15 минут по прекрасной прямой дороге, до хойана примерно так же. Вернулась бы с удовольствием

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds. Amazing pool and beautiful beach. Very relaxing! Half way between Hoi An and Da Nang. Cheap to Grab to either. We appreciated the daily water and coffee. Highly recommend and hope to come back here 😊

This sleepy farming village is very peaceful and people living there is also gentle and friendly. We didn't have any problems communicating with locals thanks to translation app. At first they are quiet, but people are genuinely kind and helpful. During our 30 day stay we really relaxed and walked a lot, sometimes drinking Vietnamese coffee looking at rice field and farmers working with cow. This reminds us of almost 70 years ago when there were no stress nor hustle then. With our host, very gentle and caring person, we really had wonderful time together. She cooked for us traditional Vietnamese pancakes, vegetarian style. We found a new friendship with the Nextdoor neighbours . They were genuinely interested in knowing us and invited us for New Year dinner and farewell dinner with the family. It has been a great holiday away from cold winter back home

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location is great close to the city center but super quiet. The rooms are clean et good bed. we like the open kitchen and the 2 spaces for lunch/ diner Nice swimming pool. if you need extra service, you just need to ask and they will arrange for you

Came here for a hen party and was not disappointed! Suong the host was so accommodating and friendly, and the villa was beautiful. It was clean and absolutely stunning! The breakfast they cook for you is great as well. We were SO happy with our stay :)

We’re a couple who stayed in the apartment for over 2 months and enjoyed every minute. It’s exactly as described, matches the photos, is spotless , comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It has 3 large balconies to sit and watch beautiful sunsets. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are great Washing machine was a welcome addition, as was the weekly cleaning and friendly, helpful doormen and staff. The location is fantastic, both for great restaurants and walking to the beach. Even though located on a busy street, it’s very quiet at night. Amazing Airbnb, definitely recommend and would love to return someday.

My time here was extraordinary! The host and building manager were so helpful and nice. Always there to help and checking in on us frequently. Five minute walking distance from the beach and close to a lot of good restaurants in the area. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Everything was great with our stay. Good location near anything you might need. Few minutes from the beach. They can rent you a motorbike downstairs. Dryer/washer combo in room was a plus.

First of all, the house is very beautiful and stylish, it's well-equipped with modern faculties. I love the host too, she's very friendly and responsiveness, also her aunt who supported me a lot during the time I stayed here. Will turn back to this house next time!!

I really like the Japanese design of the room. Everything is clean. Moreover, the landlady is super friendly and nice. I’ll choose this place if I come back to Đà Nẵng.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, a gym, and the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning the apartment twice a week. This is a great place for both short term and long term stays.

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

We stayed for 1 week in Da Nang at Tuyet's place and I can say it was the best place to be at! We were lucky to come across this place and will definitely stay again here when we come back! Tuyet and her husband/partner were very welcoming and accommodating, from the pre-arrival, during the stay and even upon check out. They rented us a motorbike for a very good deal, and it was ready upon our arrival. WIFI is fast, drinking water is available in the building and the laundry inside the room was very convenient + the really nice balcony! Bed was spacious, AC was working well, the room was really nice, big, quiet and clean. Big fridge, and they have a microwave and electronic stove. The place was also 5 mins away from the beach! And 2-3 mins (by motorbike) away from all the shops and restaurants. It was close to the night market and the dragon bridge! Very good location. Tuyet was very helpful in restaurant and tourist spot recommendations! The place and the hosts definitely made our stay more convenient and enjoyable! Will definitely come back again. And I definitely recommend this gem! Thanks again, Tuyet!

Very nice, comfortable and clean room in a beautiful city. Very close to the Old Town with all its shops and restaurants, but no directly in the busy and noisy zone. Due to a kindergarten and your neighboorhood dogs still not without noice though :) Our host was really nice, we were allowed to put down our luggage before our check in. She always responded fast to messages and gave a recommandation for little festival/event that was there during our stay. Wifi , warm water and A/C worked, we could get drinking water in the kitchen. Its a lovely and homely place.

Nhat Son was very kind and helpful from the beginning, being flexible with an earlier check in and recommending us places to eat and things to do :) It is approximately a 12 min walk to the Old Town area and the room was as described. Thank you for the amazing stay!

I had a great time here. the host was very friendly and responsive. she even picked me up from the airport and offered to take me back. the room was clean and spacious. it was very close to attractions. it was totally worth the money. I recommend this place and would stay there again.
