Ce logement est un des plus beaux, Malgré le fait qu’il soit excentré des principales attractions touristiques ceci en fait finalement un paradis , immergé dans la vie locale et sous un fabuleux couché de soleil à 23secondes de la plage , Description qui correspond aux photos et , petit spoiler ( La villa est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo) Et que dire de Samy , l’homme de maison qui est toujours disponible et réactif à n’importe quel moment, un véritable humain au cœur chaud avec de vraie valeurs . Pour conclure , je recommande à 200% cette splendide maisonnette ( lol ) 😁

The caretaker Damayanthi and her family were the highlight of my stay in Sri Lanka. Extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant - I'm looking forward to staying with them and seeing them again. As for the place there were some issues with soundproofing from the upstairs apartment, which I've been told have since been fixed. The layout is such that you have to walk through the outside area to get to the bathroom and kitchen. The second bedroom with a bunk bed is part of the same room as the kitchen only separated by a curtain - ok to stay for a night or two, but not suitable for longer stays. What was missing for me was a table or workspace inside, although there is a table in the outdoor dining/living room terrace area. Overall, if you're traveling alone or as couple it's a nice to place to stay for a few days when first arriving in Sri Lanka. I enjoyed my stay, particularly due to the generous hospitality of Damayanthi and her family.

A very peaceful getaway, lots of space to relax and use of both pools without other guests. Sharmila was very responsive and helpful during the booking process, and Sunil was on site when we arrived to guide us to the villa and help us settle in. Highly recommend this place, it’s good value for money for the amenities offered and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We liked being able to be fully self catering and as there were no other guests it was extremely private. Thanks and we are looking forward to coming back!

Our stay at this beautiful house couldn’t have been a better way to end our two week tour of Sri Lanka. The open plan design and positioning of the house in its large private grounds is stunning with plenty of space to unwind. The large swimming pool offered hours of fun for us all to relax around and reflect on our amazing journey. Desh and Vasana looked after us so well and the food was some of the best we tasted on our tour. I would highly recommend this place as a start or end to your holiday as it’s only an hour from the airport.

An amazing location with very friendly and responsive hosts! They are doing a lot to protect the local landscape (especially turtles) and are knowledgeable about the area!

This place is just amazing. The house is very different and super cozy with a huge open air shower bathroom. Very close to the beach and lagoon. They offer very nice breakfast options with proper coffee and there are many restaurants and order options near by. The hosts are super nice, like friends, they'll make sure you'll have a good time. I also did a kite surfing course with their school and was very happy. All in all absolutly recommendable. See you again : )

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic 6 night stay at Sharmini’s villa. My husband and I were travelling with our 9 month old, 3 year old and in-laws, and Sharmini’s staff could not have made us feel any more welcome. They really wanted to ensure we had a lovely stay, cooking wonderful meals(chef is included and you just pay for ingredients), helping us organise a safari trip and day trip to Anuradhapura. The villa itself is located in beautiful surroundings, it was wonderful having such wildlife on the doorstep! We went on a boat trip one evening and saw a wild elephant. Bedrooms all have A/C and splash pools on balconies. Highly recommend a stay!

We just had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 nights over the Sri Lankan New Year. The staff on site were wonderfully attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh juice, fruit, toast and eggs. We opted to eat dinner there too and it was also excellent- grilled fish and curry. Good value as well. The kids loved the pool while my wife enjoyed being away from the more touristy areas, but only a short tuk tuk ride from supermarket, coffee shop and gym. Would definitely recommend for a few days relaxation! The staff also went above and beyond when my wife forgot some medicine- one jumped on a bus for 2 hours to bring it to her! Fantastic all round!
