Sheep’s Meadow Cottage is a gem. Probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at anywhere in the world, and I have been an active customer for 10 years. If you need a retreat in Central Tennessee, this is the place!

This is my third stay at "The Den" and I about love every moment. Kevin & Sherri are phenomenal hosts, always accommodating and right there to answer any question within minutes. absolutely gorgeous place, very peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place for a small family looking to get away. It is very clean and full of very modern appliances and TV. it's like going on vacation and stepping into your home away from home. I highly recommend this to anyone and will tell others. Thank you Kevin and Sherry for hosting us this third time it is always a pleasure to stay with you, we will be back in October.

We travel and reserve homes all over the east coast. This one is definitely in the top spot! Not only was the scenery absolutely gorgeous, but this place had everything you would need! The bed linens were so clean!! Even the top quilt! (If you know, you know) Best thing is that for me, the coffee drinker…..She had it completely stocked with K-Cups for the Kurig and also had the ice maker turned on prior to our arrival! Hoping to snag this place again next year!!! Definitely a great place to stay!

This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

This home was beautiful, clean and secluded. We enjoyed this home and would definitely stay again. Eric was very responsive and helpful and an all around wonderful host. I would recommend this home to any couple who is looking to get away and spend some quality time together. Would be a great honeymoon or anniversary place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for when planning our Waterfall Weekend. Close to Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and a whole lot more if you’re willing to travel a little bit. The house was as described and the fenced in back yard was so nice for my pup. Brittany was super accommodating and communicative. Would stay here again if back in the area!

This location is a great deal for the money. it's not one of those grey homes, where everything is just blandly decorated. this house has history, you can tell by staying there. it's an older house that feels more like home. the chapel and outdoor surroundings are so gorgeous. there were plenty of clean towels, dishes to use, snacks and coffee. thank you for letting us stay.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

Brad’s place is great!! I would certainly stay here again! Brad was a great host, very responsive & even helped with a last minute favor I asked for. The apartment is an eclectic place, above the old shop building. A beautifully decorated place that is nicely kept & very comfortable. Thanks again for your hospitality Brad! Hope to be back soon.

This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

We loved our little weekend getaway in this beautiful space. It rained which we thought would dampen the mood, but the huge windows made it such a vibe & even more when the rain stopped & we had the best view of the most beautiful sunset ever. Thank you Jon for such a wonderful place!!

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

I guess we’ve been living under a rock, but this was our first stay at an Airbnb property… and it didn’t disappoint. The décor was just plain cool, the location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and our host, Sherry, could not have been more kind, responsive, or professional. Our stay at “Westside Escape” was nothing short of fantastic and we would return in a heartbeat. Without a doubt, this deserves a perfect 10 out of 10.

We needed a place for the night on our way to Dallas and the home was so convenient ! Easy to park, grab our things and get inside. The condo was so cute! We will def try to rebook on our way back!

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

This condo was everything as expected and described! The unit was easy to find and within a good distance to town and Dunkin', because that's what matters right!? It was clean and everything was presentable. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this place in mind when we are in Cookeville again visiting family.

Had a good stay here! It was very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. The place even had pots, skillets, etc. which was nice we didn’t have to bring our own or buy anything (except it didn’t have a 9 by 13 pan which I could’ve used). This place was perfect for what was needed!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

Would recommend to anyone. An absolutely lovely condo, both comfortable and modern. Beautiful sunsets! I chose the location for its closeness to The Appalachian Center of Arts and Crafts. I have stayed here a couple of times, and probably will in the future. Great host!

Great location near Hurricane Marina. Spacious and clean property. Good view of the lake from the balcony.

We had a great stay at The Getaway for my nieces wedding. The home was exactly like the photos and the interior was clean. It was a very nice home and the craftsmanship was top notch. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was nice and big and the bed extremely comfortable. One side note…if you are not a tall person, you may need some type of a stool to get into bed as the bed sits very high. The bedrooms do not have televisions in them, but that was not an issue for us. There is a large television in the great room which was perfectly fine. The views of the mountains and the lake were breathtaking. The home was very much worth the fair price. Thank you Mark for opening up your home and being so responsive in all communications.
