Brad’s place is great!! I would certainly stay here again! Brad was a great host, very responsive & even helped with a last minute favor I asked for. The apartment is an eclectic place, above the old shop building. A beautifully decorated place that is nicely kept & very comfortable. Thanks again for your hospitality Brad! Hope to be back soon.

Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

It was super clean, easy to find and check in, exactly as described & matched the photos, great location, great communication, and clear check out instructions. The bedrooms and closets are really spacious - this was really nice, as we were there for 4 nights. We've been using airbnb for years & I must say this was my all time favorite place to stay. If we are ever in Cookeville again, we will certainly book this place!

Located in the historic downtown area, this place is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are so many places to dine and grab delicious coffee. The hosts were beyond accommodating with my stay! I definitely would stay here again!

Brad’s place is lovely. Very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and some nice touches. Super quiet. One of the nicest Airbnb’s at which I’ve stayed. Close to the downtown area and the university. Brad was easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely recommend.
