We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It is very bright and homey with plenty of room. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, but Branson very helpfully sent someone out to help us. He was very accommodating.

We’ve stayed with True Hospitality before and knew how easy they were to work with. We love one of their other Sandusky apartments and refer to it affectionately as “our apartment”. However with this stay (7/4-7/9) “our apartment” wasn’t available. We booked Firelands #3. While a cute little apartment, there were some issues (largely out of THM’s control). They were very responsive and proactive and made sure to arrange an alternate stay. The apartment (Firelands #1) is amazing. We enjoyed it ever so much. We didn’t want to leave. A big thanks to THM for their helpful responsiveness and proactive nature to make sure their guests’ stay is a positive one.

Even though I didn’t stay very long, the place was cozy and I felt right at home. Jeff provided clear instructions and made it very easy to get inside. I would definitely stay again when I go back to cedar point and would receive the place to anyone else going to cedar point!

Heather was responsive and the location was great! the unique style of the place was so comfortable and cozy. perfect for a getaway with my girlfriends. Easy walks to downtown and perfect seating to hang out all together.

We had a great stay in Port Clinton and it was nice to have somewhere to crash for the night after days full of adventure! Small but functional—and that’s all we needed! Thanks Joe!

The downtown location was perfect for our plans. The owners were very accommodating and were great communicators I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay downtown Port Clinton where you can walk to restaurants, bars and the jet express - thanks for a great stay!

Great location, I went to fish and it was very close to the marina and is very close to Cedar Point. Exactly what we were looking for and will use again. Marco the host always was available and very quick to answer any questions.

We loved our stay here! we had 4 kids and 6 adults and it was the perfect space. There was room by the garage to park all three of our cars. Although the driveway is shared, we never had any issues arriving or leaving. We walked over to the nearby pier our first morning there, which was fun for us and the kids. We also enjoyed having the firepit in the backyard with firewood included. The space had everything we needed and more! All the beds were very comfortable and we loved the big cozy couch. Tricia was so sweet checking in with us periodically and making sure we were comfortable.

BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!!! We came down on a weekend where Lake Erie was struggling with the residual hurricane helene weather. Despite the fall back Morgan and Rachel were so accommodating, very responsive and helpful with our late check in and always got us what we needed in a timely manner. The Airbnb was close to everything and the had the best golf cart deals out of every place we went to. I can’t imagine staying somewhere else. Very impressed and we will be back soon!

Dave and Patrick were awesome hosts! They have thought of everything! My almost 4 year old loved the candy machine and the basket of chips were a hit too. The space was really clean and big enough to accommodate 2 adults, a baby, and 2 kiddos. During our visit, the city lost power in some areas and it affected the rental. They messaged me immediately to let me know what was going on and the estimated time power would be back on. They checked on us several times. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at their place.

We had a great experience staying at Hermes’ place! Appreciate the responsiveness and accommodations that were made for us. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived as well! The home was is in the perfect location if you’re visiting Cedar Pointe and is walking distance from many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again when I’m back in Sandusky.

Beautiful property on the marina! Perfect location for the Burning Snowman Festival! Very tentative and friendly owners. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay and perfect location for us. We enjoyed a weekend of jet skiing. Will definitely be back. The host were extremely helpful with any questions we had.

Plenty of great things to say! There was a mistake with scheduling and Bill was out of town. He found a way to keep my booking alive, no idea what phone calls he needed to make but he worked it out quickly. The place was clean, amenities were all available, love the location and view. And again, Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be returning very soon!

The apartment is beautiful. It’s modern and clean, with a lot of personal touches to welcome you - like snacks, a bottle of wine, and spare toiletries. The decor was unique and the apartment was prepared for our arrival with some lights on, accenting the decor. Overall, would recommend!
