Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Enjoy this private Mother in-law suite with separate keyless entrance! The set up is similar to an adjoining hotel room where we do share an interior door which has locks on both sides of the door. Your suite includes a classic brick fireplace, a private bedroom with a Queen bed. A private bathroom. A kitchenette with a Keurig coffee machine and coffee, microwave and small fridge. The space has window covering to allow for a darkened space or open up the windows to let in the natural light.
