3-bedroom house on a 622 square meter land. The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. The entrance has 3 steps About Cleanliness, My wife and I spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned using the dishwasher. Central Charmer - close to shops and hospital

Queen bed and a double bed, one in each bedroom, with wardrobes. TV, heating, & WIFI internet. The living area has large sofas, dining tables, & lovely sunny conservatory. Microwave, oven, fridge, utensils, & crockery. Washing machine & iron. Parking for one in the garage & another on the driveway. Centrally located next to two large supermarkets, walk to the city centre, the Hamilton Lake, cafe's, Waikato Hospital, & WINTEC. Only a short drive to the Hamilton Gardens & University.

Lake Karapiro Vista - with a WOW view

My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

5 Minutes Walk to hospital ground and River

5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.

Beautiful home in Hayes Paddock

Located in the heart of trendy, central neighbourhood - Hayes Paddock. Built in 1930 this bungalow house has been beautifully renovated, maintaining it's original character. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses (1 king, 1 double). Award winning Cafe, Hayes Common, is just a stones throw away and a short stroll to restaurant precinct Grey St (Home to the Original Duck Island Ice Cream store). River walks and the path to the world famous Hamilton Gardens are at your doorstep.

Neighbouring Hobbiton, and with beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges, we have all you need for comfort away from home. Cozy Retreat on Serene Street

Relax in this calm, cosy space. Just ten minutes from the commercial centre the base. 8-9 minutes drive from Chartwell shopping centre, surrounded by countdown supermarkets and Value supermarkets. New building with cosy decor. Double glazing makes for a quiet space. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge, microwave and hairdryer. One bedroom. One queen size bed, one sofa bed is double size. quality bedding. Car parking is right at the door.
