Facilities and services such as bars, restaurants, shops and market are available within walking distance. The villa covers a surface of over 1'500 sqm and has direct access to the beach. A permanent team of staff is dedicated to the villa operations, including a villa manager, housekeepers and security.

We are about 5 minutes from Kuta town or 15 minutes to famous Tanjung Aan beach. The best way to travel around here in Kuta is on a scooter which we have for you for. We also can do daytours or airport pick-up. 😊 No hot water 😉
