Gorgeous Loft in Encuentro 5' walking to the beach

Come and enjoy a beautiful and bright Loft in one of the newest buildings with superb roof top terrace in Encuentro. Situated in a quiet residential between Cabarete and Sosua the loft offers a perfect space to relax. In the shared areas of the building you can lay back in the hammock, use the swimming pool and garden, or enjoy the rooftop with Jacuzzi and BBQ area. The loft is 5min walking distance to Encuentro Beach which is known worldwide for its amazing surfing and kiteboarding conditions.

Just a few steps from Kite Beach, this place is made for kiters and travelers who want to experience Cabarete beyond the typical tourist scene. Kitchen, solid WiFi, hot water, and a safe area with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Kite Beach is just a short walk away. For stays of more than 2 nights, electricity is not included in the rate and is charged by power meter. A $15 USD cleaning fee is payable in cash at the end of your stay, in USD or Dominican pesos. Free parking in the main road.

Loft simple climatisé et facile d’accès, entrée privée, grand balcon, vue sur la mer. Endroit tranquille, propriétaire occupant dans le loft au-dessus. À 7 minutes à pieds de la plage mondialement connue pour les surfers, Encuentro beach. 5 minutes de voiture de Cabarete, paradis du Kite surf. 10 minutes de Sosua. Cours de kite surf et surf à proximité. Dépanneur et mini épicerie à côté. Petit café charmant à 1 minute. Venez vivre la simplicité et le calme de playa Encuentro!

À deux pas de l’océan, en plein cœur de Cabarete, cet appartement situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec accès direct à la plage permet de profiter facilement des restaurants, bars et écoles de kitesurf. L'appartement offre un espace agréable pour 3 personnes, avec une chambre en mezzanine, cuisine équipée, salon spacieux et terrasse avec vue partielle sur la piscine et la plage. At Tropical Casa Laguna, a highly sought-after complex, located in the heart of Cabarete where all the bars and restaurants are located and 2 minutes walk from the famous Cabarete beach. Surprisingly quiet for its location, this large garden level studio is comfortable and modern, well equipped for a long stay, has a beautiful space dedicated to teleworking, 40 Mbps internet, easy access for people with reduced mobility, bar service in the swimming pool!

Special space for couple in they on private villa to spend a romantic honeymoon. Or a small family with two children in the privacy space with special pool for kids.
